Niko is a mobile application that tries to solve unemployment mostly among the youth who are skilled by linking them to potential employers with whom they can do odd jobs for them and earn a living from their skills as they look for permanent employment. With Niko anybody can be an employer as well as a worker. Even if you are employed you can bid for jobs in Niko as a part time job and earn few extra bucks on a weekend or during your free time instead and enjoy doing the work you love.

How Nikoworks

Register with your email and phone number. Fill all the mandatory fields. Once logged in update your profile by adding your profile picture and status.

Enable location on your device so that you can be able to post a job. Click on the floating button at the bottom right corner so as to post the job. Select the category then sub category of the job then post the job which you would wish to be assisted and the budget range which you are comfortable to work with

Bid for posted jobs which you are skilled to work on. Quote your working price based on the range that the employer has given out. Check your bids by going to the my bids tab/page.

Rate and write a worker review based on how they did the work so that future employers can view and use it to profile them before giving them jobs. Once selected, workers can also rate and review employers from the My Bids tab so that future workers can get to know advantages and disadvantages of their potential employer.

FAQs

To select a user, go to the My posts tab from where you will have the list of all the jobs that you have ever posted. Tap on bidders and from the list available choose the preffered worker.

To view a worker's profile, go to the My Posts tab then tap on bidders. From the list of bidders tap on the name of the worker or image to display their profile which contains ratings and reviews

To view an employer's profile, go to the My bids tab then tap on the name of the worker or image to display their profile which contains ratings and reviews

To rate a worker, In the My Posts tab/page, you must have selected a worker to do the job so that the rate worker link can be displayed. When displayed, tap on the rate worker and then rate the worker by tapping on the number of star you would wish to rate the worker thereafter write a short review about the worker.

To rate a worker, you must have been selected to do the work by the employer. Go to the my bids tab/page then tap on rate employer and then rate the employer by tapping on the number of star you would wish to rate the employer thereafter write a short review about the worker.

To change your profile, go to the My Profile tab/page. To add or change your image, tap on the image/image icon thereafter you can either upload an image from your gallery or take a photo. To change your status or any other profile information, tap on the profile field so as to be able to edit it.
